Production Operator- Manufacturing

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as a Food Manufacturing Operators. In this role, you will assist in the production, packaging, and quality control of food products while ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate basic food production equipment under supervision
• Assist in food preparation, processing, and packaging
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (GMPs, HACCP)
• Inspect products for quality, consistency, and defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• No prior experience required – training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot/cold environments)
• Repetitive hand and arm movements

Work Environment

• Food manufacturing facility (may include cold storage or warm production areas)
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and food ingredients
• Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
